Adding a marking mechanism can complete the folding angle on both sides, three-sided folding angles and four-sided circular patching; adding a round bottle mechanism can complete the symmetrical patching front and back of the round bottle, full-circumferential patching and fixed-point positioning labeling, and connect it to the high-speed filling line to improve production efficiency and save costs. It can also be specially designed according to customer requirements.
◆Chinese and English operating system adopts German Siemens PLC and servo motor closed-loop control to ensure high-speed and stable labeling operation is simple and easy to learn.
◆The bottle pressing mechanism adopts double vertical rod support and is stable together. The crooked arm chain transmission is different from traditional gear transmission. It has low transmission resistance, improves synchronization with the conveyor chain and extends service life. The separated 9-section pressing strip product can be uniformly subjected to stress at different workstations, which is more conducive to the pressure belt heat dissipation.
